Warning About Billing Scams

We want to alert you to potential billing scams using our company’s name. We have been informed that scammers are sending fake invoices that appear to come from our company.
How to Identify a Scam Invoice:
- Check the sender’s email address: Ensure the invoice is sent from our official email address (e.g., info@championdoor.com). The reported fraud billing have come from e-mail ...@championdoors.com.
- Verify invoice details: Compare the invoice details with previous invoices, such as customer number and invoice amount.
- Be cautious with suspicious links: Do not click on suspicious links or download attachments if you are unsure of their authenticity.
What to Do If You Suspect a Scam:
- Do not pay the invoice: If you suspect the invoice is fraudulent, do not pay it until you have confirmed its authenticity.
- Contact our customer service to verify the invoice.
- Report the scam: If you receive a suspicious invoice, report it to us immediately so we can take appropriate action.
