Champion Door Oy, a family business since 1974, specializes in fabric fold-up doors for aircraft hangars, shipyards, and large industrial doors. Our doors meet European standard EN 13241-1, CEN standards, and are US Corps compliant. ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified, we offer reliable, economical, and low-maintenance doors that adhere to the highest market standards.
Based in Nivala, Finland, with offices in Europe, the UAE, and the US, Champion Door has extensive experience in international projects. Our story
1992
Champion Door is founded
1998
The first large shipyard and hangar doors are designed. At the same time, the company develops a groundbreaking thermally insulated fabric fold-up door.
2001
The first aircraft hangar doors are delivered internationally.
2005
The company name is changed to Champion Door Oy, with a focus solely on large door manufacturing.
2011
An office is established in Paris, France.
2014
An office is established in Dubai, UAE.
2017
Partnerships are formed in several countries, including Japan, USA, Australia, Spain, Poland, and Sweden.
2024
