The recruitment register is used to process and store job applications received by Champion Door Oy, along with their attachments. -
Content of the Register
The register may contain the applicant's:
• Basic information (first and last name, date of birth, personal identification number)
• Contact information: postal address, email address
• Job application and CV, as well as a photograph
• Education and work experience details, transcripts, portfolios
• Information provided voluntarily by the applicant (interview, testing)
• Referee's name and contact information
• Information received from recruitment agencies -
Regular Sources of Information
The source of personal data is the information provided by the job applicant for the purpose of job application or information provided by the referee to Champion Door Oy or to the recruitment agency during the recruitment process. -
Regular Disclosures of Data
We do not regularly disclose personal data related to job applicants to third parties, except in the cases described below.
Service Providers: We engage certain trusted third parties to perform recruitment and testing services for Champion Door Oy. We share your personal data with these third parties only to the extent necessary to perform these functions and deliver services, and in accordance with binding contractual obligations requiring these third parties to maintain privacy and data security.
Public Authorities, such as Law Enforcement: Champion Door Oy cooperates with government and law enforcement officials or private parties to comply with the law. Procedure:
• For requests regarding the review, correction, and/or deletion of personal data, first contact the register contact person at Champion Door Oy personally.
• You will be provided with a personal data review request form by mail.
• Submit the form by personally delivering it to Champion Door Oy and be prepared to verify your identity.
• Schedule an appointment for processing.
• At the meeting, matters related to the review request will be addressed together.
• We may refuse to fulfill your request on grounds provided by applicable law. -
Deletion of Data
Personal and application data, as well as suitability test reports, are deleted after the recruitment process is completed. In special circumstances, we may retain applications, with the applicant's consent, for one year for future use. -
Principles of Register Protection and Data Retention
Personal data is kept confidential. Access to the register is restricted to those employees of Champion Door Oy who need the information for their duties. Personal data is protected by technical and organizational measures. The network and equipment of the register holder and any IT partners (technical and organizational protections) where the register is located are protected by a firewall and other necessary technical measures. While we strive to ensure the integrity and security of personal data, we cannot guarantee that the security measures used will prevent third parties and so-called hackers from illegally accessing personal data. We will notify you in accordance with the law of any breaches related to the protection, confidentiality, or integrity of unencrypted, electronically stored personal data in a timely manner and without undue delay, in a manner that meets the needs of law enforcement or the determination of the scope of the breach and the reasonable restoration of the integrity of the data system. -
