Content of the Register
The content includes information obtained directly from the customer:

• Contact persons: name, email, work phone, and title/responsibility area
• Billing information
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information and updating it as necessary. Continuously and automatically collected content includes the history of offers, transactions, projects, and related communications. Information obtained from third parties may include credit information and other similar data provided by third parties as general business information services. Checks may also be conducted from public administrative sources. -

Data Disclosure
We do not disclose personal data related to our customers to third parties, except in the cases described below.
Service Providers: We engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and services for Champion Door Oy. We share your personal data with these third parties only to the extent necessary to perform these functions and deliver services, and in accordance with binding contractual obligations requiring these third parties to maintain privacy and security.

Procedure:
• For requests regarding the review, correction, and/or deletion of personal data, first contact the register contact person at Champion Door Oy personally.
• You will be provided with a personal data review request form by mail.
• Submit the form by personally delivering it to Champion Door Oy and be prepared to verify your identity.
• Schedule an appointment for processing.
• At the meeting, matters related to the review request will be addressed together.
• We may refuse to fulfill your request on grounds provided by applicable law.
