- Verify invoice details: Compare the invoice details with previous invoices, such as customer number and invoice amount.
- Be cautious with suspicious links: Do not click on suspicious links or download attachments if you are unsure of their authenticity.
What to Do If You Suspect a Scam:
- Do not pay the invoice: If you suspect the invoice is fraudulent, do not pay it until you have confirmed its authenticity.
- Contact our customer service to verify the invoice.
- Report the scam: If you receive a suspicious invoice, report it to us immediately so we can take appropriate action.
